Processing time

There will be a short processing time I need to prepare and ship orders, this is usually 3-5 working days - although when possible we aim to dispatch sooner.

​yarn clubs tend to head out at the end of each yarn month unless specified

Customs and import duties/tax

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Any orders that are returned due to unpaid customs charges will not be refunded.
