Refund policy
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within three days of receiving your order, via the Contact Us page or email me at info@rainbowsandsprinkles.com.au.
Your satisfaction is important to us and we will make every effort to help out with a satisfactory solution.
Please note that while if a product is faulty, we will happily refund or replace the item, however no refund can be given for change of mind. Custom dyed colourways are non refundable.
Please also note that while we do our best to accurately capture the colour of the yarn in the picture, the colours may slightly differ due to variations in monitors and screens.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
